A Dream Before You Sleep

21Apr - A Dream Before You Sleep

A Dream Before You Sleep

Oh the mammoth sun stroke

Has now dawned upon them!

And with a dull lackluster gesture,

The humongous monsters are snatching the gem.

*

The gullible prince of a red kingdom

Frowned upon the firefly

Which are gliding from the sky

The boy has shown the tenacious fight

Bleeding through those giants

But the flying creatures

Atrociously attacked him with the paced ride

*

Is he defeated,

The one with too many adversaries,

Lying there for them

To exhaust ‘your’ brain and energy?

*

Will you get up again

For another lime of time?

Could you count the number of smaller wins

Every time you stride?

Answer tomorrow, once you wake up

Rest till the end of this dusky night!

Spot The Butterfly

20Apr - Spot The Butterfly

Spot The Butterfly

No grumbling with a horrendous sound,

No whining about your pathetic life,

No defying the mundane drive,

No contemplation on how to get prize,

No flipper talks to boast about your intelligence,

No breaking into tears while you rise;

Because,

Today you are going to

Spot a Butterfly at a distance,

A butterfly, easy as ease,

A butterfly to observe the slow move,

A butterfly to embrace the silence,

A butterfly to focus on the syllable,

A butterfly to dismiss the past misery,

A butterfly to create the travesty,

 A butterfly to come out of the jar,

A butterfly to accept who you are!

The Emersion of A Superhero

The Emersion of A Superhero

When you are about

To fall into pessimistic scene,

You can let the tears roll to your eyelids

And come to me;

*

When you feel suffocated,

In the thought of hopeful green,

You can mend your height of popularity

And kneel to me;

*

When you whistle your way,

In the vicious circle to sing mephistophelean hymn,

You can bury your charm beneath your solace

And walk away from me!

Have you ever felt a SUPERHERO in you? The 18th poem of NaPoWriMo 2017 series!

My Affair with Writing

17Apr - An Affair with Writing

My Affair with Writing

In these days,

My collections of words are somewhat tiresome,

But the mind has habitually been nefarious,

Quality has consistently been poor and often random;

*

In these days,

My enigmatic behaviour is extremely dull,

Has the heart timely been veracious?

Perhaps I had put a less of an effort;

*

For these days,

My talent and hard work should justifiably be balanced,

The tenderness of my mind and heart must be alacritous,

Then my work of art would vividly create the state of trance!

Benefits of Being A Writer

What’s with this old man?

Why is he so cranky and rude?

He snapped the smoking man

Abusing politely to ask him to stand away if he could;

***Pause***

With the look so dull

Yet satisfying,

He sold one filtered cigarette

To this smoking man standing;

*

Dressed so corporately young

But not for long,

He lighted his cancer

While singing the abhorrent song;

*

The fumes were slow in the air

Spreading all corner widely,

But before it diluted fully

He got the most conferential slangs in tally;

*

Ohhh, what a day it has been!

Among the pollution and the ear-crunching noise,

I glared at the ashes between his fingers

Turning to move away while keeping my poise!

It’s Coming!

Its Coming.jpg

It’s Coming

No wonder the sun shines upon my life,

And it was not ordinary;

I stumbled on the rising streak

And it was not timely;

Heads up fellas, it’s coming!

*

Heed the advice of an old tree,

Let the rain makes the decision;

Yet I am supposed to grow up in this heat

And trust on my words setting vision;

Heads up fellas, it’s coming!

*

Exemplary on its core of the curve

Who claims to read the nature of distinguishableness?

Right from the beginning it hid its identity

And here I am expressing indifferences;

Gear up fellas, it came!

*

Vindictive for the unaccountable truth,

Lack of empathy, no prayers are granted,

I, for the love of demon, pulverize those malicious souls

And won’t stop until all are obliterated!

Fellas, it’s a new beginning after doomsday!

Nightmare Of A Summer Painter!

Nightmare Of A Summer Painter!

He was afraid

The pitch was going to be drained

Where time became irrelevant,

Vision had lost its lifetime fuel,

Lyrics of the prime song became insignificant

Bounded by explicit or maybe, implicit rule

*

The summer painter wondered all night

Thinking about the winter road,

Discoloring the substantial amount of ride

Just to sleep in the dream store

What to catch, where to hide

Struggling with overflow of ideas at the universe core!

A Man among the Wolves

A Man among the Wolves

There has been problem with the connection which delayed this post. But ‘Better Late Than Never’

Day 15

A Man among the Wolves

Now anything even with supersonic speed

Won’t ever beat me,

Those blue eyes were right behind the tree

Winking at me,

“Do I have a second for that?”

I asked myself subconsciously;

*

The routine life for the piece of bread

Never elevated my fancies;

Instead I pioneered

The new rooster to wake me;

I happened to be called looser,

Who is running to discover inexplicable breeze;

*

For which path I must continue

The blue eyes seemed to direct me;

The wolves were all around

 Trapping the net beneath;

I wondered why I pulled a gun

Killed the blue eye raccoon to send the message,

That I Am Coming!
