The Odour of Love

22Apr - The Odour of Love

The Odour of Love

Hey,

Can we play the police game?

You, be the police,

Chase me down the lane,

I run to tap my friends

Ensuring they are safe,

You close your eyes deliberately

Wait for me to hold your hand.

*

In the ruin of the moment,

Can we see the cloud fooling rain?

The magnetism of your hysterical laugh

Has always faded my brain.

*

A line of soul, the feel of touch!

Now, the shameless distance will shorten.

You, be my breezy love,

Pull me up at the height in my amazement.

*

The world isn’t a boundary anymore,

But the sky does seem small and pale,

What happened to the sun?

Did you draw it during this mess?

Effective but not much of a distraction

When I have you, you have me

Isn’t that enough?

Love does feel simple and impossible. Ask yourself – Who is that person you want to spend your evening?

A Dream Before You Sleep

21Apr - A Dream Before You Sleep

A Dream Before You Sleep

Oh the mammoth sun stroke

Has now dawned upon them!

And with a dull lackluster gesture,

The humongous monsters are snatching the gem.

*

The gullible prince of a red kingdom

Frowned upon the firefly

Which are gliding from the sky

The boy has shown the tenacious fight

Bleeding through those giants

But the flying creatures

Atrociously attacked him with the paced ride

*

Is he defeated,

The one with too many adversaries,

Lying there for them

To exhaust ‘your’ brain and energy?

*

Will you get up again

For another lime of time?

Could you count the number of smaller wins

Every time you stride?

Answer tomorrow, once you wake up

Rest till the end of this dusky night!

How To Describe A Story!

How To Describe A Story - 25.jpg

How To Describe A Story!

It’s really harsh

To cut out the fun from the ghost tale,

Peeling off dead emotions,

As you describe the long narrations;

However in this process,

Suddenly, you can change the manuscript

According to the audiences’ adjusted reactions

And transform all characters’ perceptions!

Just Listen To My Story…

Just Listen To My Story - 15

Pic Credit: Manga Art

Just Listen To My Story…

I’d like you to laugh

As hard as you can,

When I hysterically

Call out your name and stand;

*

You can pretend

To be really busy,

When I save few minutes

to talk and listen to your tale of bunny;

*

It will take no strings for you

To measure my heart,

When I wishfully cheer the song

You sang on the glazed turf;

*

Okay, easy-peasy,

I am not falling for you girl;

Because I am way out of your league

And you like your life to wave and swirl!

The Supermarket News

The Supermarket News

It was the highlight of the crime time

Broadcasted all over the news

Misplaced lie and terrible fantasy

Are all they had in their ruins

*

But this spicy story

Heightened their reputation in the market

Breaking all the historical record

With repetitive experts’ reviews and target

*

“Human, human, human

Who would always be true to demanded character

Could be charming and obedient

Buy with up to 50 percent sale and cash back offer”

I am a Thinking Cup

I am a Thinking Cup 11June15

I am a thinking cup

Silent, staring straight with a hoodie

I capture

Thoughts, words, memories;

A picture of you

And a cup of coffee

The last dance,

The rain with a singing lady,

A hideous horse rider, a ghost

And the science fiction story;

*

So don’t pinch me on my back

I might ignore you by mocking,

I’d disappoint you

If you were looking for a perfect answer from me,

I try to connect dots, fixate situations in mind

Contemplate conclusion out of misery,

Oh, do you misjudge me when I smiled at you

There is a whole different world inside me, just expressing;

Because I am always imagining

Right or wrong, what do I care?

I am just a thinking cup!

I Found a Penny

I Found A Penny

Day 21

I Found a Penny

Standing on the metro street

He was looking for something,

In suit-boot and tie

He seemed very rich;

*

On his up and down movement

People started staring,

With his constant wasted efforts

He looked extremely worried;

*

I crossed the road by covering 24 yards

Tossed myself to make the appearance,

He noticed but waited for my question,

“Which path goes to the st. Mark Mansion?”

*

To continue his search process

He pretended like he was in hurry;

“Did you lose something?”

“Yes, a Penny. My Lucky Penny!”

*

I thought for a while,

“Can I have his penny?”

I reached to my left pocket

To offer him my penny

*

He turned up his eyes with a proud smile

And In sunshine, his face was fading

“Oh great, you found it?

From now, this will be your lucky penny!

Keep it.”

A Monk in Me

A Monk in Me

Day 12

A Monk in Me

I am the bar of

True sensation of color

Who holds

A precious piece of paper

And a goblet of fire;

*

Remembering the scars

Captured inside my memory,

I, once was a monk, should confide

The vengeful mission to raise my agony

And end of this ridiculous journey;

*

I have had a long ride

To pulverize this unrelenting song,

I chew my tongue

To remain silent and strong

Oh…. I killed the monk!

I Write a Day

I Write a Day3

I Write a Day

Black angel

From the Mockingjay kingdom

Brought the delightful morning

By making a cup of coffee using memorandum;

*

I highlighted the absence of her

Attaching few drops of tears,

But she didn’t listen

And kept on making blood smears;

*

The waking up part was not so fancy,

It cracked the moon inside me.

I lied and cried for the twisted tale,

She poured a glass of wine beneath this half-grown tree;

*

I could have tried much harder

To reap the seed in a much better way,

I tossed up the coin under the blessing of her,

“Yet another choice, for just another day!”

God’s Conspired Theory

Gods Conspired Theory

God’s Conspired Theory

It lives in a door of hesitancy,

Too proud to expose curiosity,

Vision chases the Ostrich run,

Swings for the taste of Raspberry;

*

The monotonous way doesn’t entertain,

It believes in breaking patterns rather than being in strain,

Always looks for the twinkling chuckle of mockingbird

And laughs when it rains;

*

Do we understand what we are talking?

Is it you or me?

God once created the one,

We molded into pieces and made the philosophy.

*

See, told you

There is a conspired theory behind it!
