Once I was…

Transcribing Moment To Remember - 14

On this long straight road

I was standing

At the farthest hour of time

Desperately waiting, talking to myself, wondering

*

Would she come

At this end meet me?

Would I be good enough

For her eyes to adore me?

*

There is no pumped up

Heart beat in the core

But if she missed by any chance

Sure would break with frantic tone

*

Once I was told

Never to expect any filmy moments

And with the progressive ages

Uncertainty was one of my appearances

*

The bus was delayed

And I was in the losing-all-hope state

But here she came with glaring look

Saying, “Sorry, I am late!”

This is 14th poem of NaPoWriMo 2016 challenge.

Need Cappuccino?

Need Cappuccino

Day 29

Need Cappuccino?

I was little late

For the new chapter to begin,

Page after page, I turned over

But I got nothing;

*

Many fascinated coincidences

Were lined up in the congested life-lane

But every time it started with her smile

Ended with the twist in the tale;

*

At that moment, I seemed to be discouraged

With my devastated belief,

Back to back, two cups of cappuccino

And I was the man, ready to ride on wheels;

*

The chapter is new and fresh

But It needs a little polishing,

For the sake of rising again

I have to caress my music string!

Will You be My Girl?

Will You be My Girl

Day 19

Will You be My Girl?

Tell me you’re worried

And I’ll be there;

Your tension, your hyper behavior

Everything I’ll share;

*

Broke your guitar string

And I’ll be your tuner;

Your emotion, your trumpet-sense of music

Trust me, I’ll be your player;

*

The chocolate you gave me once,

I moved here and there like a dancer;

Your smile, your lifecycle stair

I’ll hold those hands forever;

*

If you left me without giving any reason,

I’ll hold your bag of inexplicable tear;

Your memory, your dream, your wish

I’ll put it all in my heart and be a protector;

*

Baby, if I kiss your soul

Don’t give those cold stare;

My life is yours

So, don’t roam around, I’ll be a perfect lover!

A Man among the Wolves

A Man among the Wolves

There has been problem with the connection which delayed this post. But ‘Better Late Than Never’

Day 15

A Man among the Wolves

Now anything even with supersonic speed

Won’t ever beat me,

Those blue eyes were right behind the tree

Winking at me,

“Do I have a second for that?”

I asked myself subconsciously;

*

The routine life for the piece of bread

Never elevated my fancies;

Instead I pioneered

The new rooster to wake me;

I happened to be called looser,

Who is running to discover inexplicable breeze;

*

For which path I must continue

The blue eyes seemed to direct me;

The wolves were all around

 Trapping the net beneath;

I wondered why I pulled a gun

Killed the blue eye raccoon to send the message,

That I Am Coming!

Blossoms in 2013 Winter 10

Image

Look back, oh dear!

In the brightness of this rainy evening

She was walking in her utter glory,

Her peach eyes were flashing colours of life,

She, a pluviophile, was rejoicing ‘Memory’.

In this breezy environ, down the street,

One red letterbox was placed at the corner,

The box read each sharing although there were only few

And everyday box waited for more stories through a letter.

With the reddish envelope on one hand

She put off her green handbag, oh dear!

Pieces of folding paper came out

And she sighed for the last time in tears.

Clouds had enough of hide and seek

And rainbow already signed, it was the time,

Rain drops started drizzling on the blue umbrella

And I saw her nearby mailbox with elegant smile.

She looked everywhere while pushing letter, no one was around,

I apperceived her enthralling beauty by standing right next to her,

She walked off with all excitement in her heart, oh love!

And I couldn’t even hold her and say,

“Oh dear, Just look back, I am here!”

 goodbye

Last Note

It was past midnight

When I looked at my watch,

Whole surroundings were rhythmic

I could feel even my heart,

My vision was playing ‘hide & seek’ with me,

Dancing people around and I could see them in part,

My whole body was synced with the beat

And finally I understood the ‘Doppler Sound’ at my eardrum.

After the high run of last night extravaganza

In the next morning,

I woke up at the corner of my room

With this diary, kept nearby me,

Had some layers of dust on it

And the green feather was clumped in,

Written words on the page were blood red colour

And supposedly, never meant for future reading.

I encrypted every single letter

And I felt some mystery behind it,

“I saw you last night,

Same old stupid,

Still hiding your emotions,

Waiting for something, oh please!

Don’t try hard on yourself,

I will be back again to walk down with you on same street,

Just remember me, honey!”

A Letter to Confess!

A Letter to Confess!

Wouldn’t it be good

If I look at you all day, keep my pain aside,

Wouldn’t it be great

If you keep talking all day with your felicitous smile,

Wouldn’t it be fair

If I am nowhere around and you feel my presence,

Wouldn’t it be pleasant

If you hold my hand and break the awkward silence

Oh honey, I remember those cupcakes

Which you saved it for day just because I love it

Looking for me all over, keep texting me like crazy

Just because you heard I was hit by something.

Those non-posted secret letters with you

Where everything is written but my name,

You were tired of restless work whole week

But still chat with me for hours and talk about rain.

Oh honey! I heard you

When you said you love me,

I heard you

When you said you have nothing but me,

I read you

When you said you will be ok without me.

Oh honey! I might be stupid

But not so stupid to leave you behind,

I might be confused about the future

But not so confused to say

‘I love you more than my life’!
